Guillermo Bron gbron@aconinvestments.com Guillermo Bron is a Managing Partner of ACON Investments. Prior to joining ACON, he was the founding partner of Bastion Capital. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the Board of united PanAm Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:UPFC). Previously he was a Managing Director at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Director of Telemundo Group, Director at Multibanco Mercantil in Mexico and an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Bron serves on the Board of Directors of Peter Piper, K-12 and UPFC.
