Prior to founding ACON, he was a partner of Veritas Capital, a New York-based private equity investment firm. Prior to Veritas, Mr. Brotman was an associate at Bain Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm. Mr. Brotman previously served as a principal of Wasserstein Perella Management Partners. Mr. Brotman received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B. S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of idX Corporation, Refac Optical Group, Spencer Gifts, Spirit Halloween, SAE Towers, Magic Media, G. Barbosa and NetUno. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Carulla Foundation and on the Boards of Rapid Advance Finance Company and Redbrick Investment Partners.
