Mauricio CortÉs mcortes@aconinvestments.com Mauricio Cortés is a Principal of ACON Investments' Latin America investing activities. Prior to joining ACON, he worked as a Senior Associate with GP Investments, the largest Brazilian private equity firm, and as an Associate at Citigroup’s Latin America Investment Banking Group in their Mexico City offices. Mr. Cortés worked previously at Goldman Sachs’ Latin America Investment Banking Group in New York as well as at Booz Allen Hamilton in Mexico City. Mr. Cortés, a Mexican national, holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He also received a B.S. with Honors in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
