Previously, he was an Associate with the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Investment Banking Group at Friedman Billings Ramsey, where he was responsible for executing the firm’s M&A advisory and underwriting activities. Mr. Dellomo has also held corporate finance and principal investing positions with MCG Capital Corporation and Deutsche Bank Securities. Mr. Dellomo currently serves on the Board of Directors of Refac Optical Group. Mr. Dellomo holds a B.S. in Finance from Georgetown University.
