Prior to joining ACON, Mr. Johnson served for seven years as the Chief Financial Officer of Thayer Capital Partners, a Washington, DC-based private equity firm. His previous experience includes a serving as Chief Financial Officer of Asset Capital Corporation, Senior Director of Financial Reporting for Hughes Communications, and Director of Accounting for Choice Hotels International. Mr. Johnson began his career at Price Waterhouse and has had additional experience working at a regional law firm and furniture retailer. Mr. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.S. in Accounting, cum Laude, from the University of Maryland at College Park and his M.B.A. from Loyola College of Baltimore.
